Program similar to acer touch portal?

I have a lenovo but i really like the touch portal interface and apps. You can peel back the desktop and behind it is kinda like a wooden desk with apps. I am currently using myboard, but if there is a program that is similar to touch portal that can be used on a regular laptop w/out a touch screen and hides behind the desktop or appears when pushed a button, it would be great.
