Easy eye-make up tips for light hazel eyes?

So to start this off, i'm going to say BLACK eyeliner is great for your eyes and green or pink eye shadows. You should only get liquid eyeliner if you are comfortable with the fact that liquid eyeliner is hard to put on. Also far the eye shadows a natural skin tone color is great to. Something that I tend to use to is a liquid concealer and powder. hope this helped!
