Help with this dream?? Please?

Ok, so I'm an 18 year old girl and have constantly been having the same dream, could someone please tell me what it means? Its a dream about zombies but not the "living dead" but more or less, sick. And in this dream, they are very aggressive, and while one focuses their attention on me, the rest are peeling away their skin, down to the muscle. They also always throw up blood, and cry the entire time as well as scream. No where is safe from them, not even a panic room. They always find a way in. but I never die or get hurt, just the people around me. I'm also noticing that I recognize most of the sick people. But what I need to know most, is what the skin peeling means because that's the one factor that never changes. Please help, thank you :)
