I need help to quit a bad habit.?

ok when im bored or nervous i pick at my fingers and lately its been getting worse one of my fingers is bleeding from it i need to stop soon. and my nails cant grow because also when im bored i peel my finger nails off so now instead of nails i have stubs. please someone help! <:(
