White burn on my lip!?

on monday, i was with my friends and it was really dark outside. i pulled out a cigarette and accidentally smoked it backwards :| i tried to take it out of my mouth but it stuck to my lip so i pulled it and it took a little bit of the top skin of my lip with it.. the next day my lip was really swollen so i put aloe vera gel on it, vitamin e chapstick and ice. the next day when i woke there was a big blister on it, so i put the aloe vera on it again and the blister peeled off. later on in the night, a white bump random appeared. my buttom lip is fine, it was a little chapped earlier but its all good now, same with the top where the burn is, just that white bump.. i wanna know if thats normal and how long it will take to heal and if theres any other ideas on how to treat it?
