What can I do about a huge blister on my foot that peeled away from the foot?

My son came home from playing basketball in the wrong shoes and has two huge blisters on his foot..One has peeled away from the foot and the other is full of fluid. They both are hurting him really bad. I don't know what to do. They are bleeding on his sock also.
