My friends and i putting together a little survival kit for a friend going to work with children in Thailand?

shes going for a month so we're packing her lots of girly must haves... we have a little list of things, i was just wondering if someone could come up with a nice (or maybe funny) poem for us to pop in the bag as-well :)
