I am 15 and I just took three pregnancy kits and they were all positive?

I do not know what I will do. I have been with my boyfriend for a year and we only had sex once. This was my first time. I missed a cycle so a friend gave me 3 pregnancy kits that shown all positive. My mum will probably be very upset but it is my dad I am worried about he is mean to me anyway. When he finds this out I am scared what he will do. Where can i go in my area? I do not even know my options. My boyfriend is moving with his parents back to Wellington in a week so i am not sure if he will be around.
