Help for my very dry scalp!?

Please can anyone advise me what to do, I have eczema to start with, then I got sun-burnt, so now although my scalp has finished peeling it is ridiculously itchy and causing my eczema to come out again, my scalp is dry and flaky and I'm losing hair cause i am constantly pulling off the skin and hair comes out with it. I have tried oils and several anti-dandruff for dry scalp shampoos, but nothing is working!!
