Do you think the government still experimenting on its people?

There was some disclosure on the syphilis experiments in Latin America. And project paper clip brought the Nazi scientist to New Mexico. There also reports of military planes spraying toxic chemicals over populated areas. I'm a psychologist and aware how lab mice correlated to human experimenting in both physical and behaviour studies. So for me the correlation for civilian experimentation is still a high probability.
