Can you please suggest some of the simple projects by using Embedded systems?

I want to do a embedded systems project.... So can u pls send me some projects... I know Embedded C program and 8051 burning kit.. So can u please send me some projects... and if u can means send me some site links where i can find some circuit ideas........... thanx in advance......
