Its not all cleaned up,and since Obama banned oil drilling they leased those rigs parts to Mexico and Brazil so now they are gone, then Obama lifted the ban when it was too late so no more drilling for us . But Brazil Oil Company that Soros invests in is making RECORD PROFITS! If thats not corruption and manipulation I don't know what is!
