Should I buy the bare escentuals starter kit?

I'm 16 years old and as for makeup at the moment i wear a tinted moisturizer but i've found it kinda goes away during the day so i've been looking for a setting powder. i've heard great reviews about the bare minerals products and i noticed they have a bare escentuals get started kit. it comes with a two mineral veils, two foundations, one warmth all over face, a foundation primer, mascara, and two brushes for about $38 including shipping. obviously it's a great deal because just one mineral veil setting powder is $19 but should i get it? I have combination skin - oily around my t-zone and dryish around my cheeks.. thanks!
