Can anyone make a diagnosis based on these symptoms?

For a couple of years I have been having an odd set of symptoms that have been worrying me but I'm too afraid to go to the doctor to get them checked out. For starters every once in a while my gums hurt and seem to shrink. I get a tiny bit of blood when I brush, but they don't bleed profusely. In addition the gums on my buck teeth seem like they are peeling away on the back though this disappears after a day or so. More troubling though is that I suffer mild to moderate erectile dysfunction- while the shaft often fills up just fine, the head often stays somewhat soft. And finally, my right hand often gets colder than my left. All this is really troubling but I am simply terrified of going to the doctor and finding out I have AIDS or something. Can anyone shed some light on these symptoms? Thanks.
